Spring Shape Up Cardio Playlist
Spring is officially here! Flowers are blooming, days are longer, allergies are hitting and everyone is working on those summer bodies! It sounds crazy but ever since Jason and I (sort of) settled in up here in Washington, we started doing two-a-days getting this holiday and traveling weight off. We usually see the same girl getting off her morning shift as we come in for our night session haha.
If you are anything like me, the gym isn't the same without my music! I usually am that crazy girl, jacked on pre workout, jammin' on the stair master or running to the beat of the song I'm listening to and the last thing I want to do is loose my groove having to flip through tracks. Anyways, what I'm getting at is a good playlist WILL keep you going and keep your energy level up at the gym. So, LOOK NO FURTHER! what I have for you is my Spring Shape Up Cardio Playlist! No reason to flip through tracks when they are all on point, right!?

Now usually I listen to high energy, trap, EDM fusion for cardio and then some hardcore rap/ Hip Hop for lifting. Which ill be posting my weight training playing soon!
